オンコロジー領域の営業所長は、リジェネロン・ジャパンのオンコロジー製品の営業活動をリードするポジションです。製品戦略を最適な形で実行するとともに、会社のビジョンと価値観を体現しながら、高い成果を実現する営業チームを作りあげることが役割です。このポジションは、オンコロジー領域の営業統括部長に報告します。

また、この営業所長のポジションは、シニアマネージャーと同等レベルのポジションになります。

主な職務:

優れたリーダーシップとコーチングを通じて、オンコロジー領域の営業チームの成果を向上・実現する。チームメンバーに対する適切なフィードバック、コーチング、トレーニングを行うとともに、開発計画・育成計画の立案を通じてチームマネジメントを行う。製品戦略を実行するための最適な方法を検討し、チームメンバーと共有する。担当エリアにおける、キーオピニオンリーダーとリジェネロンの関係構築・リジェネロンの評判の向上をリードする。成果最大化のため、チームメンバーが製品・競合・医療環境に関する高い知識を持てるようにサポートする。チームメンバーのエリアプランにフィードバックを行い、各チームメンバーが明確な戦術の元に活動できるための環境を整える。コマーシャルオペレーション部門と協力して、担当エリアの販売目標を達成するためのKPIや活動目標をトラッキングし、必要に応じて修正を行う。人員・予算などリソースの管理と最適化を通じて、販売目標を達成する。製薬業界の行動規範およびリジェネロンのルールに従って行動する。

必要な能力:

製薬業界におけるセールスマネージャーの経験と、優れた実績・高い倫理観を持っていること(10年以上の製薬業界の経験、3年以上のセールスマネージャーの経験があれば尚可)優れたコミュニケーション能力とプレゼンテーション能力優れたプランニング能力と実務処理能力変化の多い環境においても適応できる柔軟な考え方とマインドセット優れたリーダーシップとコーチングを通じた営業チームのマネジメント経験オンコロジー領域、免疫療法、抗体製剤の経験があれば尚可日本語能力。基礎的な英語能力があれば尚可大学の学士号

Sales Manager Oncology Japan

The Sales Manager Oncology will lead Regeneron Japan’s Oncology field sales team across all therapies. They will ensure excellent execution of Regeneron’s commercial strategies, create and embed a high-performance team culture aligned with the company’s vision and values. This position will report directly to National Sales Director.

In addition, this position is the job grade with senior manager level.

A typical day might include:

Lead the performance of the Japan Oncology Field Sales Team through appropriate leadership and coaching.Lead team with appropriate and relevant feedback, coaching training interventions, development planning and talent management.Identify best methodology and share these with the team.Expand Regeneron reputation and relationships with Key HCPs.Responsibility for the team attaining high levels of product, competitor therapy & environmental knowledge to maximise the commercial opportunities.Provide input into National & Local Account plans, ensuring plans are operationalized with clear tactical plans assigned to each team members.Work synergistically with commercial operations to monitor/track Key Performance Indicators to achieve revenue and contribution targets for the region and act to course correct when required.Ensure sales targets and profits are met through effective management and deployment of resources.Act in accordance with the relevant Pharmaceutical Industry’s Code of Practice and Regeneron SOP’s.

Experienced sales leader with proven success and positive track record of sales performance with a high degree of integrity and ethical standards (10+ years overall pharma experience; 3+ years sales manager experience is preferred)Excellent communication and presentation skills with high influenceExcellent planning and operation skills with hands-on experiencesFlexible mindset to work effectively and adapt in rapidly changing environmentsPrevious 1st Line Management experience, with strong ability to lead & coach sales teamOncology/ Immuno-Oncology/ biologic experience preferredFluent Japanese speaker. Intermediate level English language skills (Reading and Written) and advantage but not essentialBachelor's degree required
