Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies for the Middle Eastern market, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong client relationships.
What You’ll DoIdentify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth in the Middle East.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring regular follow-ups and personalized service.
Organize and host site inspections for potential partners and influential clients.
Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry meetings to promote the hotel and expand its market presence.
Work closely with regional sales offices and external partners to maximize sales opportunities.
Keep a close eye on competitors’ activities and market trends, providing insights to the sales team.
Plan and conduct sales trips to key markets, ensuring the hotel remains a top choice for Middle Eastern travelers.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns for the Middle Eastern market.
What We’re Looking ForProven experience in the Middle Eastern luxury hospitality segment.
Passion for high-end hospitality and a talent for building strong client relationships.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Availability for frequent travel.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel.
Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
