Join us as Business Development manager for Animal Health Biosolutions in Europe (Remote) The European Animal and Plant Biosolutions sales team consists of 17 members, spread across the continent. To support the successful implementation of our business goals, you will collaborate closely with European and Global teams, including sales, marketing. You will report to the Head of Sales - Monogastric for the Region. While we prefer the role to be based in Germany, we are very flexible on location. Your home office should have good connectivity to a European airport. In this role, you’ll contribute by: + Supporting the development of our animal (Primarily poultry, but swine experience would be a plus) biosolutions in given countries within Europe + Assisting in mapping and prioritizing opportunities across the region + Helping to implement our commercial development strategy + Identifying and supporting new business opportunities as well as ongoing projects + Building relationships with key stakeholders in the industry + Representing Novonesis® at selected events, trade shows, and conferences The ideal candidate should: + Hold a university degree or equivalent qualification in Veterinary Science, Animal Science, Agronomy, or related life sciences + Have strong knowledge of poultry and swine production, including animal health solutions + Have a few years of experience in animal health sales, Animal nutrition, business development, or a related field + Have good communication and relationship-building skills + Be organized, motivated, and willing to learn + Be proficient in English and familiar with MS Office software (Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) + Be open to travel (~35% of the time) into selected European countries, with occasional international trips Could our purpose be yours?
