Our client is searching for a Sales Manager for KZN

Duties and Responsibilities
Generating new business retain and develop existing business  
Achievement of realistic mutually agreed upon targets on a weekly monthly quarterly and annual basis
Training recruitment and mentoring of Business Development Consultants to achieve desired outcomes
Adding value to the current sales presentations by customizing and improving it
Maintenance of all sales policies and procedures
Continuous motivation and delegation of tasks to sales team in the region
Ensuring that the company brand/image is maintained
Defining innovative ways and trends to market the companys services and products
Actively reporting on Competitor activity within the region
Able to negotiate and do presentations at boardroom level
Transparent weekly / monthly reporting with regards to short / long term pipeline prospects

Strong leadership skills
Strong administrative and management skills
Ability to motivate and delegate team
Must be target and deadline orientated
Comfortable to interact at senior level
Strong negotiation and presentation skills
Able to work in under pressure

Requirements
Grade 12 or equivalent / Tertiary qualification would be an advantage
Relevant experience in the service industry especially in sales management
Proven sales track record
Excellent computer literacy
Ability to travel and cover the companys footprint in the region
