Our workplace embraces diversity and inclusion – it’s a place where you can grow, belong and thrive. **Your day at NTT DATA** The Sales Manager is responsible for generating the revenue, growth across the verticals (Application and Automation solutions, Network Infrastructure, Collaboration, Virtualization, Storage, Managed Services) to manufacturing clients, especially Japanese multinational corporations (JMNCs). The ideal candidate has strong B2B sales experience, a deep understanding of industrial technology solutions, and the ability to build strong relationships with Japanese clients. **What you'll be doing** **Key Responsibilities:** + Develop and execute **sales strategies** to target JMNC clients in the manufacturing industry. + Identify and approach potential customers, present product solutions, and negotiate contracts. + Building "C" Level relationships and building Growth strategies with specific communities across Global & Local Systems Integrators to help service these large customers. + Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction. + Collaborate with internal teams (technical, product, and support) to propose the best solutions for customers. + Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market needs to optimize sales strategies. + Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and business development plans. **Requirements:** + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related fields. + At least 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial hardware/software solutions. + Experience working with Japanese multinational corporations (JMNCs) or Japanese business culture is a plus. + Strong understanding of manufacturing technology, IoT solutions, and automation systems is a big plus + Excellent communication and negotiation skills. + Ability to travel to client sites as needed. + Fluent in English; Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N2 or above) is a strong advantage. **Workplace type** **:** **About NTT DATA** NTT DATA is a $30+ billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
