Responsibilities + Complete the sales target and core product sales target set by the company; + Responsible for the development of sales projects for customers and markets in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region; + Responsible for the planning and implementation of relevant product promotion activities in the market; + Collect competitor information and other relevant market information in the regional market; + Implement the strategic implementation plan required by the regional manager; + Develop new markets and ensure regional sales grow year by year at a rate higher than market growth. Qualifications + Bachelor degree or above, major in animal husbandry, veterinary medicine, animal nutrition or related; + More than three years of sales/technical/marketing work experience is preferred; + Experience in successful customer development and project implementation; + Good communication and negotiation skills; + Integrity, honesty, initiative and diligence, team work spirit; + Psychological quality and physical strength that can withstand greater work pressure.
