Sales Manager - Gauteng
Strategy Development, Trend, pricing, costs, and margins Lead and direct on seasonal strategies per retailer to achieve sales and marketing objectives, thereby increasing sales and improving product awareness Relationship Management Alongside sales executives build and sustain good relationships with buying managers and buyers Ensure all customer/buyers are visited quarterly in person (travel to DBN/CPT) Budgets and Figures Preparing annual sales budgets, establishing sales targets and assigning sales targets to myself and the sales teams Overall responsibility to successfully meet/exceed sales and margin goals for myself and the sales team Management of department Oversee sales team and provide leadership training, motivation and inspiration to aid them in achieving expectations Collaboration Across Teams Alongside sales team, work closely with product development and design team to ensure that all products are costed and developed to spec with the relevant supplier, briefed and CAD’ed to meet client requirements Collaborate with marketing team to creatively reach more potential customers, both retail and consumer Work closely with QA team to ensure that all products are approved for bulk production on time The above is not limited PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR CV IN A WORD FORMAT INCLUDING A PHOTO.
