Sales Manager for Whitespace Seller
Sales Manager for Whitespace Seller Avanade is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in France. This is an exciting new position focused on acquiring new customers for mid-market major and corporate accounts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales management background, a proven track record in coaching, and an entrepreneurial mindset. You will lead a small team by identifying high potential technology transformation deals to drive new and incremental revenue by prospecting, partnering, acquiring, and developing new and fast-growing business with clients. Next to this, you will have an individual sales targets and work alongside the others as a business developer. Your team will build a pipeline for growth and shepherd deals through closure, including working with our legal team on contracts. You will also maintain an extensive knowledge of current market conditions and applicable services and solutions. What you’ll do Customer Acquisition: Identify and target potential customers within the mid-market segment, focusing on major and corporate accounts. Sales Management: Oversee and manage the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and KPIs. Coaching and Development: Provide leadership and coaching to the sales team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to penetrate whitespace opportunities and drive business growth. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within target accounts. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports and performance analysis to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience. Skills and experiences · Experience evaluating Business Development Executives in services selling across multiple technology Solution areas (Applications & Infrastructure, Modern Workplace, Business Applications and Data & Artificial Intelligence), preferably enterprise scale consulting engagements that could include global delivery. · Experience anticipating, identifying, and applying fast, effective solutions to remove roadblocks circumstances on sales teams. · Success as a Sales Manager/hunter with sophisticated closure capabilities · Ability to act as a trusted advisor in addressing our client’s business needs. · Driving sales teams in a solutions-selling environment at the C-suite level.
