Sales Manager - Engines/ propulsion
Job Description Are you an experienced Sales Manager with experience in Marine Engines and Propulsion aftermarket sales? I am working with a global OEM leader in the Maritime sector, who are known for their cutting edge solutions and driving sustainability, who are looking to hire.

This is a long term client of Faststream’s who have multiple offices globally, they are currently hiring in their UK offices, this role can be based at home or in office/ hybrid.

What We're Looking For
This role is for a driven Sales or Account Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining and developing our sales in the Marine Commercial industry, particularly within the LNG and Tanker sectors.

As a Sales Manager, you will identify and pursue new opportunities, lead sales activities, and close deals with both existing and new clients/ customers. This company are looking for someone who comes from either a Marine Sales background or Marine Engineering background, any knowledge or experience selling marine power, engines or propulsion would be beneficial.  The ideal person will have a proven track record in sales, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and a strong understanding of the marine sector. Any experience in after market sales specifically would also be advantageous for this position. 

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain close relationships with existing and new customers to drive sales of products, services, and solutions. Lead and manage owner accounts, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Oversee and participate in sales projects, providing regular updates to relevant stakeholders. Set performance targets and collaborate with the GM Sales to review progress. Maintain an up-to-date CRM system with opportunity pipeline Expand the local market by developing relationships with local shipowners and increasing the install base. Why Join Us
