**What You’ll Do?**
The Sales Manager plays a critical role in driving sales and achieving revenue targets through effective management of modern retail, distribution, and project channels for KSA.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**1. Sales Strategy Execution**
+ Develop and execute sales strategies, monitor sell-out trends, plan and implement go to market strategy.
+ Will be responsible for managing and driving Set sales budgets for EWA Markets through Existing distributors and new opportunities.
**2. Channel Development**
+ Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders in modern retail chains, supermarkets, and other relevant outlets.
+ Collaborate with channel partners to implement effective merchandising, promotional, and display strategies.
+ Expand Market Share and build strong relationship with the Saudi based customers.
+ Identify and Appoint Distributors for new business opportunity for Potential Markets to drive additional revenue and market share growth.
**3. Market Analysis**
+ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify potential opportunities or threats.
+ Provide insights and recommendations to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
**4. Inventory Management**
+ Work closely with supply chain teams to ensure optimal inventory levels and availability of products in modern retail outlets.
+ Minimize stockouts and overstock situations through effective coordination.
**6. Reporting & Analysis**
+ Prepare regular sales reports, performance metrics, and market insights for management review.
+ Analyse sales data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for optimization.
**7. Budgeting and Forecasting**
+ Collaborate with the sales leadership to develop budgets and sales forecasts for the assigned area.
+ Monitor expenditure and ensure adherence to allocated budgets.
**8. Training and Development**
+ Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the sales team to enhance their product knowledge, selling skills, and customer engagement.
**What We Need?**
+ **Education** , a graduate with a bachelor’s degree in business, economics, sales, and marketing (an MBA a bonus) with at least 5 years of relevant experience (sales distribution, channel execution, and administration)
+ Proven track record of successful sales management within the modern retail channel.
+ Strong team management skills.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
+ Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
+ Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
+ Flexibility to travel within the designated area as required.
