Job Description

 

Accountability and leadership of a High Performing Sales Teams. Campaign and Leads Management, ensuring that campaigns and leads are correctly allocated and processed to drive sales/growth. Focusing on continuous team leader upskillings and development in order to create a highly motivated and engaged workforce. Supporting the overall growth and performance of the area aligned to the strategic objectives of the business unit.

 

Key Outputs

 

Pioneering projects in line with the strategic vision of the business unit Leading / coaching a team of seasoned team leaders to improve staff wellbeing, performance and operational losses Recruitment – Responsible for area headcount, retention and attrition. Achievement of sales and stretched targets. Campaign and Leads Management, ensuring that campaigns and leads are correctly allocated and processed in conjunction with the Campaign and Sales manager and technical team. Ongoing liaison and relationship building with various divisions within the organization. MIS Reporting - creating and maintaining business reports Business processes and operational improvement Promote a positive and proactive approach and adherence to compliance and risk Ability to effectively manage change within the environment.

 

 

Personal attributes and skills

 

The successful candidate will be expected to perform on, but not be limited to the following competencies:

Ability to lead, inspire and coach a telesales team. Logical, analytical problem-solving ability. Excellent interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to take initiative and exercise sound judgment and decision making. Ability to deal positively with change and uncertainty. Strong business acumen. Able to identify, nurture and develop talent. Ability to meet deadlines timeously

 

 

Qualification & Experience

 

Matric  (Grade 12) 2 - 4 years sales management experience in a target drive in/outbound sales call center. Banking Industry experience Computer skills: Microsoft word; Excel; Email. Completed NQF Level 5 Qualification Must have Key Individual (KI) Tertiary Education (advantageous)
