Apply now for the position of Sales Manager Digital and you will be responsible to manage Sales of all whole IT/Digital in vivo Portfolio. The new focused and dedicated Sales Profiles will be supported by Team of Portfolio Solutions Managers, with the responsibility to grant respective Business Line focus and develop GTM strategies and marketing plans.

You will report to the Head of Digital & Automation Italy.

Your role:

Responsible for sales development in Italy and overall Digital related Sales Target Achievement.Ensures coverage of Italy according to the Country strategy, achieves targets and SG&A company’s goals, aligned with forecast requirements.Ensures opportunities’ conversion of Italian customers (both public and private). Optimize, together with the Country management, the G2M strategy for the entire Italian territory. Plans daily activities for C2 (LHU wide areas & community) and C4 (Small / Medium privates) opportunities development; in alignment with Strategic Account Managers, plans activities for C1 (Central Purchasing Centres) and C3 (Big Private Groups & Lab chains) opportunities development.Manage and develop assigned direct and indirect resources.Market awareness: identify and propose the participation to conferences, webinars and events.  Grant achievement of CRM KPIs.

Your expertise:

years experience in sales role, Sales orientation with previous similar experience gained in Public and Private Customers in IT and Digital business in the Healthcare Market. The knowledge of Digital Market in the In Vivo Healthcare sector will be considered a must.Capability to manage and coach talented people.

Your attributes and skills:

Preferable Bachelor s degree in engineering or Equivalent.Dynamic, with personal initiative, business drive and ability to achieve goals with minimal direction.Good team player and respectful of diversity.Coaching and leadership skills. High communication, interpersonal skills.Accuracy in the use of the company procedures provided for the activity.Work cross-functionally to solve problems and implement changes.Proven ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.Available to travel frequently at national level.Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
