Sales Manager Benelux and Germany

To drive our Clinical business forward in the Netherlands and Germany, we are currently seeking a dynamic Sales Manager for Benelux and Germany .

This position will report into the Senior Sales and Marketing Director Western Europe located in the Netherlands and be a member of the Western European Clinical Team.

Your will be responsible for:

Operational and strategic management of the Dutch and German sales departments (5 employees and 1 working student) with a focus on business development and growth

Identifying emerging markets and changing market trends and acting upon them

Designing and implementing strategic Sales plans for the Benelux and German territories and execution on the sales targets

Focusing on sales performance through coaching and performance monitoring of the sales team members

Building and promoting strong, long-lasting relationships with strategic key accounts and stakeholders by partnering and understanding their needs

Preparing business cases for new products

Be at the centre of all things impacting the commercialisation of our products and services, partner closely with other departments (R&D, Marketing, Customer Service)

Budget planning and responsibility for the Sales budgets and overall country targets

Revenue planning and forecasting

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration or a related field

Several years of relevant work experience in Sales management within (international) B2B environments

Experience in using CRM tools, preferably Salesforce

Proven ability to successfully implement a sales strategy and drive the sales process from plan to close

Strong business sense and ability to identify trends and sales patterns

Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills

Planning and organisation skills with a focus on time management

Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills in Dutch and English. German at pre-intermediate language proficiency.
