Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading a team, and has a passion for sales and customer service. While we will provide training on the RV industry and our proven sales system, you must bring enthusiasm, drive, and a commitment to success.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals. Implement and promote our structured sales process. Motivate and coach sales professionals to enhance performance. Ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process. Maintain a hands-on approach, engaging directly with customers and closing deals. Collaborate with finance and other departments to streamline the sales process.
