Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Krong Siem Reap, Cambodia. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market shareLead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed sales goalsEstablish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and corporate accountsAnalyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products or services to clientsCreate and present compelling sales proposals and presentations to potential clientsMonitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior managementOrganize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to promote the company's offeringsImplement and maintain a robust customer relationship management (CRM) systemContinuously improve sales processes and methodologies to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness

QualificationsProven experience as a Sales Manager in a related industryStrong leadership and communication skills to guide and motivate a sales teamExceptional interpersonal abilities with a customer-focused mindsetDemonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategiesProficiency in CRM software with strong analytical skills to interpret sales dataBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
