Responsibilities/Qualifications

Drees Homes is currently seeking a Sales Manager in our Townhomes Division.  As the Sales Manager, this person is responsible for the efficient, orderly, and profitable sale and closing of homes in the Division and implement action plans for the attainment of Division sales goals related to volume, price, and profit margin.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Directly supervise sales team through guidance on presentation and maximizing self-generated trafficResponsible for recruiting, training and motivating sales teamAct as a liaison between sales force, field staff, homeowners, and operational staff to resolve issues and questions within the company guidelines, while focusing on customer satisfaction internally and externallyContinuously research competition and conduct market analysis to ensure the company is maximizing market shareDevelop and implement Division Sales training plansAssure compliance to all Company and Division policies and procedures Responsible for the overall condition and presentation of all model homes, market homes, community entrances, etc. within DivisionWork with upper management as it relates to marketing collateral and promotional programs for the region

 

REQUIREMENTS:

College degree required; related field, preferredProven personal sales track record required3 years of Sales Management experience preferredMinimum 3 years Residential Sales experienceProven ability to lead a Sales teamCustomer focused and driven to succeedStrong written and verbal communication skillsPositive attitude, energetic and outgoingOrganized and decisive
