\n\nDrive proactive sales initiatives for MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions)\nUtilise Delphi proficiency to manage and coordinate group bookings\nRepresent Hilton Seychelles at international tradeshows, promoting our exceptional resorts\nCollaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth handover of bookings\nEnsure the operations team updates packages in Delphi, acting as the custodian of Delphi for all resorts\nAchieve quarterly sales targets and earn lucrative incentives\n

Qualifications:

\n\nMinimum 2 years of experience as a Groups & Events Coordinator\nProficiency in Delphi is essential\nProven track record in driving sales and managing group bookings\nExcellent communication and negotiation skills\nWillingness to travel internationally for key tradeshows\nDriving license\n
