Role Purpose
To lead and expand the company’s trading activities in the WEEE recycling sector by diversifying sources of supply and developing new business lines, while optimizing costs and maintaining strong client and partner relationships.
Key Responsibilities Develop trading volumes within the company’s specific sector, focusing on recycled raw materials such as aluminium, copper, scrap from refrigerators, and other products. Identify and secure optimal sales opportunities while ensuring full compliance with environmental regulations. Maintain and strengthen relationships with collecting schemes (e.g., Ecosystem, Ecologic) and lead the public tender team when required. Drive growth in B2B e-waste collection and related service offerings. Collaborate closely with internal teams, including: Sales administration Production management Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Group Sales management Negotiate favourable pricing terms with suppliers. Diversify sources of supply to secure discounts and improve trading opportunities. Develop new business lines (e.g., scrap metals, aluminium, large household appliances) without increasing operational costs or headcount.
Candidate Profile
Essential Experience and Skills: Strong experience in trading, ideally within recycling or raw materials sectors. Good knowledge of supply chain management and trading best practices. Fluent in French (mandatory); proficiency in English is advantageous. Ability to work remotely with regular visits to the Troyes production site.
