Mackenzie Stuart is working in close collaboration with an international intralogistics solutions company. The company is a leading specialist in Warehouse Automation and intralogistics solutions.

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Manager specialized in Warehouse Automation, based in Eindhoven, the Netherlands.

Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

Identify new clients, and understand their challenges to tailor solutions to their needs in order to create and execute sales actionsMaintain and build strong relationships with existing and potential clients, with a view of client retentionResponsible for the full sales cycle, such as negotiations, win proposal, and creating value for clientsStay updated on the warehouse automation market, trends and developments, using the knowledge to tailor solutions and identify gaps.Ability to work collaboratively with sales, engineering and customers

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in mechanics, IT, commercial activities or related industries5+ years’ sales experience within warehousing, logistics or intralogisticsWillingness to travel to customer sitesProven track record of delivering large, multimillion-euro salesExceptional communication skills in both Dutch and English
