Sales Manager – Industrial Lubricants

Mackenzie Stuart is working in exclusive partnership with a global Specialty Chemical manufacturer & distributor, searching for a Sales Manager in their Industrial, Specialty & Synthetic Lubricants BU.

The mission:

Enhance sales & identify new opportunities to foster growth of lubricants business across North AmericaDetermine customers, approvals, and industry requirements necessary to expand the businessParticipate in strategy meetings to outline areas and plans for business growth in lubricants and small packaging servicesContinuously improve internal processes to enhance customer satisfactionCollaborate with the marketing and management teams on planning, sales, communications, surveys, and service projects

Job description:

Provide outstanding customer service while achieving gross profit growth goalsFoster mutually beneficial relationships with both current and potential customersAct as the primary point of contact for all customerCultivate and sustain strong, enduring client relationshipsEnsure the timely and successful delivery of solutions-based actions for customer needs and objectivesEffectively communicate progress on monthly/quarterly initiatives to both internal and external stakeholdersExpand business with existing clients and identify areas for improvement to meet sales targetsForecast and monitor key account metrics, such as quarterly sales results and annual forecasts

Requirements:

7+ years’ experience in Lubricant sales, Key Account Management, Account Management or Business DevelopmentWillingness to travel 30-50%Strong verbal and written communication skillsPossesses a hunter mentality
