Job Summary:

Looking for a strategic, intelligent, influential, and forward-thinking candidate whose sole directive will be to drive incremental business growth in Western and Central territory of Saudi Arabia for Emerson, Final Control - Pressure Management Business Unit (PRM). Responsibility includes achieving business budgets, providing customer support, driving strategic programs, developing new business opportunities. The chosen candidate will develop situational proficiency, define winning strategies, and own the responsibility to meet or exceed the order booking targets, using Emerson - PRM portfolio of products, services, and solutions.

This position will provide system engineer to craft and hands on experience on live projects!

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible to achieve the assigned order booking budget. Support for the monthly POR reporting, internal reviews and budget meetings Engage and participate for the execution of the strategic programs (SP)and tactical plans (TC) Business Development and establish Emerson as the Supplier of Choice.  Evaluate and prioritize RFQs and coordinate with Inside Sales and Application Engineering team to submit accurate and technically acceptable quotes,  Negotiate acceptable T&Cs and book clean orders. Top line order booking, hit rate and win rate will be used as one of the key criteria to measure the efficiency of the role. Travel and meet customer is a key responsibility to develop relationship, influence decision making and promote value selling of Emerson products, solutions, and services. 60-70% available time must be used for customer and sites visits The assigned region is the western side of KSA, covering major cities like Riyadh, Jeddah, Yanbu, Rabigh, Abha, Tabuk, Jazan, Wa'ad Al Shamal, etc  After Market:  Required to cover customer sites and customer to provide required support.  Mapping customer installed base (IB) and crafting/updating site plan is key and routine part of the job.  Engage early in customer turnarounds/shutdowns planning and execution activities.  Conduct site walkdowns to support customers to identify the persistent pains and propose reliable solution  Engage with customer for cataloguing, ensuring spare part recommendations for projects (by providing Spare Parts Interchangeability Record), modifications and operations. Establish and update Long Term Parts Agreements (LTPA)  Secure service business for Emerson as a Life Cycle service Provider. Establish long term spare parts and service agreements (LTSA).  Engage deeply with customer to upgrade Emerson product/ technology, replace obsolete products, and displace competitor products to improve plant reliability and safety.  Support end users to plan, develop and implement obsolescence programs.  Financial Requirements: Will have the ownership of annual entity order booking and reporting, reviewed on monthly basis, and commitment rated on a Quarterly basis.  Internal Requirements: Participate in PRM budgeting process & monthly POR (Presidents Operations Report) call, as needed. Undertake training to meet the customer site visit requirements, including offshore oil & gas fields. Attend and present in internal meetings and training, that includes BU, FCTL & Emerson MEA events. Handle the internal data and reporting requirements, create opportunity funnel in CRM (Customer Relationship management tool), communicating central initiatives and opportunity in internal review meetings. Coordinate to publish success stories through internal portals.  Candidate must have the required experience, qualification and physical fitness and undergo required mandatory safety training to qualify for frequent site visits, site walkdowns, that includes onshore and offshore visits. Job involves being present at customer sites during project commissioning and as and when required to support the EPCs and end users.

For this job you will need:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering (Mechanical, Instrumentation, Chemical, etc)

Proven selling experience with Oil & Gas and diverse industries.

Must be fluent in English (Read, right and communicate)

Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and Power Bi

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of Industrial and Natural Gas Regulators, Pressure Relief Valves, and process industry

Ability to speak Arabic will be an added advantage.
