Job Description

Job Summary: The crucial responsibility of this position is to focus on the sales of semiconductor and clean energy products and solutions in the assigned region.

Crucial Job Functions and Accountabilities:

Formulate and implement sales strategies, demonstrating partners or direct business to ensure technological introduction, market adaptation, market penetration, and win rates for semiconductor and clean energy industry.

Develop and implement specific technical solutions for assigned products or product groups to further penetrate the semiconductor and clean energy markets.

Discuss market trends, customer concerns, and competitors' activities to formulate, develop, and implement strategies for clear market and sales development.

Establish and maintain high-quality relationships with all target customers.

Collaborate with colleagues across different business units to improve value propositions in the market and ensure significant wins.

Routinely and consistently report on sales activities and participate in various business reporting as the need arises.

Lead and handle the sales team, including sales representatives and application engineers, providing mentorship, training, and support to ensure team success.

Ensure customer happiness through effective coordination with the Customer Support team and problem-solving as vital.

Develop channel partners through training and capability-building programs.

Requirements:

At least 5 years of working experience in a sales environment, preferably in the semiconductor or clean energy sectors.

A relevant university-level education background, especially in science, engineering, or business management.

Good application experience and knowledge of semiconductor and clean energy products.

Experience in managing channel partners/distributors is an advantage.

Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong capability to collaborate with internal/external stakeholders.

Self-motivated, independent, with strong prioritization skills, especially when working in a matrix reporting, multi-cultural, and diverse working environment.

Leadership through influencing and able to contribute without close supervision.
