About the job: ​

This position works in close partnership with Commercial Director, Taiwan to develop and implement local sales and marketing strategies for JR and Mako Robotic business. The individual will lead team to achieve yearly quotas and to increase market share.

What you will be doing:

Identify market trends and develop and execute sales plans and activities in conjunction with Commercial Director. Forecast, monitor and analyse sales performance on an ongoing basis, to initiate corrective actions, prepare reports, summaries, analyses and documentation on all aspects of region sales managementCollect Market Intelligence and support marketing activities such as sales promotion, training, market research, and execute special projectsIntegrate individual territory plans and account profiles into a broader regional sales planRecruit, hire, train sales team and as a Coach provide feedback to team membersPlan and manage control expenses to ensure sales objectives are met within budgetDevelop and maintain close relationship with dealers to ensure adherence to the company policy and alignment with the business strategyResponsible for providing continuous tools and education programs to group members to ensure up-to-date industry, competitor and product knowledgeBuild an engaged sales team by providing strong leadership and implementing appropriate development initiatives in partnership with HRManage promotions and incentives and provides motivation as needed. Establishes team and individual sales goals and provides effective coaching of sales representatives to consistently improve their performance.

Who are we looking for:

Degree holder preferred in Life Science, Biotechnology, Biomedical, Medical Science or related field, MBA preferred.At least 5 years sales management experience, with hands on managerial experience preferably in medical devices of Taiwan marketProven track record in sales management, channel management and key account managementProven track record in both Equipment and consumable business.Able to maintain dealer relationship and establish the relationship with KOLsExcellent problem solving & interpersonal skillsResults-oriented with good negotiation & communications skillStrong business sense with strategical mindsetDemonstrated ability to build and maintain key business relationships internally and externally.Demonstrated ability to work both collaboratively and independently in a cross-functional and team-oriented environment.
