What you’ll doAs a Sales Manager, Enterprise for UK, you’ll play an instrumental role in fueling Stripe’s growth in the market through new customer acquisition and existing customers growth. You'll lead and coach high-performing account executives, helping them deliver on ambitious targets, as well as roll up your sleeves to work directly with users and prospects. Responsibilities Recruit, develop and lead a team of sales professionals, with a particular focus on the Enterprise segment across the UK Develop the long-term vision and strategy for the team and manage day-to-day operations, with a focus on performance against key sales metrics Be accountable for increasing revenue and new client acquisition at high rates of growth Driving deal strategy and execution including strong pipeline development, opportunity/renewal management, and forecasting Coach and guide the team in developing consultative and solution-based sales skills through all facets of the sales cycle Play a personal and direct role in building and maintaining enduring customer relationships, up to C-level Inspire, motivate and enable personal and career development of team members, both to promote career growth and to increase impact for Stripe Collaborating closely with key stakeholders across Sales, Product/Connect, Sales Ops, S&O, Marketing, GTM Partnerships, and others Participate in industry events to help support positive market awareness Who you areWe're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. Minimum requirements 10+ years of relevant sales experience Experience consistently forecasting and managing a high growth business for multiple quarters Thrives in settings with a high level of autonomy to create strategy, direction, and structure Ability to hire, train, and coach a high-performance sales team Ability to build executive relationships with customers and ecosystem partners Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts, and translate them into industry or business relevant terms
