Lead.Engage.Achieve.Develop (LEAD) Sales Service Leadership Program

Location: Time in program will be in Burr Ridge, IL, and full-time placement position will be in Fremont, CA. Candidate should expect to temporarily relocate to the Chicago area for 9-12 months while in the program. Relocation is provided.

Linde Gas Equipment Inc. is seeking college graduates for our developmental program. Lead, engage, achieve, develop your career at a leading global industrial gases and engineering company

What you will be doing:

· Actively participate in a 12-month development program to learn and understand the LGE business operations while you develop leadership skills through on-the-job experiences, project assignments and formal training

· Lead and administer special projects in in the framework of the National Automation Service Network

· Work in a team environment to survey customer machines to establish a base line on existing efficiencies, analyze potential productivity gains and savings

· Assist with the installation of new machines to meet manufactures installation standards

· Work with the National Market Manager to propose new machines to existing and new customer base

· Collaborate with team members to ensure equipment is in safe working condition once repairs are complete.

· Technical degree or bachelor’s degree in Automation, Robotics, Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical or Manufacturing Engineering

· Proficiency in AutoCad

· 1-2 years work experience, including internships in designated degree areas required.

· Strong Excel skills

· Must have demonstrated leadership in campus activities, clubs, sports, or community.

· Be innovative, flexible, committed, ambitious and determined.

· Must have a positive attitude, be willing to quickly adapt to changing situations, have strong communications skills.

· Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

· Model high standards of honesty and integrity

· Maintain a track record of exceeding goals successfully

· Ensure accountability through excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills

· Contribute to a positive work environment where differences are valued and supported

· Actively contribute to a safety culture that delivers both best-in-class safety and business performance

· Significant travel will be required; up to 60-70%.
