As a Sales Leader, you will be doing direct sales and channel management, execute sales plan in the region. You will also defines sales strategy for targeted clients.

As a Sales Leader, you will be responsible for:

Collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to create and deliver winning global strategies to grow our businessDeveloping regional sales strategies to scope, plan and successfully deliver winning proposals for customersBuilding excellent customer relationships and championing the voice of the customer within the organisationCommunicating and presenting technical information clearing and efficiently to senior business leaders and other stakeholders.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a Bachelor degree in Engineering/Science (Chemistry is preferred)

Have a minimum of 3 years of sales experience in Drilling and Completions Fluids

Have a minimum of 8 years of experience in Drilling and Completions Fluids

Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field in Drilling and Completions Fluids
