JOB TITLE:
Tele Sales Team Leader
Primary objective of the job:
Supervise external sales teams to achieve and exceed sales and customer acquisition targets.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Collaborate and give input to sales strategies Develop, execute opportunities to generate and achieve revenue targets Develop, execute customer acquisition and upselling strategies to achieve business growth targets Prioritizes coaching and performance management efforts to have the greatest overall impact on business results Coordinate and execute all sales events, sales campaigns, field sales campaigns (Where applicable) Coordinates the involvement of sales supports personnel, including customer support, service, and management resources, so that team performance objectives and customers’ expectations are met. Proactively inspects sales activity and effort among sales associates supervised, ensuring that the quality and quantity of sales effort meets company expectations. Measure and report results on team’s performance Identifies deficiencies in skills among sales associates supervised, and works to improve individuals’ capabilities through coaching, development, and training. Directs and supports the consistent implementation of company initiatives. Positively impacts the performance of individual sales team members by implementing and managing field support tools, including training programs, productivity initiatives, account and territory planning methodologies, and customer communication tools. Leads field forecasting efforts among the team managed, ensuring that accurate forecasts are completed on a timely basis Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer requirements and satisfaction by engaging key customer accounts in conjunction with sales personnel supervised. Provides a management-level point of contact for key customers. Builds and maintains strong customer relationships. Establishes productive relationship with field marketing based on frequent communication, collaboration, and the effective allocation of marketing investment in the marketplace managed. Recommend to Sales Manager staff incentives, reward and recognition initiatives Feedback loop to Sales Manager on campaigns to liaise with marketing team to develop sales campaigns based on feedback from agents under care. Lead Sales Team Other duties required to achieve strategic goals
Academic qualifications and experience required for job:
Combination of experience and qualification will be taken into consideration. Tertiary level education in Marketing, Sales , Business Administration or Social Sciences At least Three (3) years or more experience in successful sales environment with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding set targets Must demonstrate ability to coach and mentor team members to succeed Very strong people management skills Strong Task & Team orientation Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent Interpersonal skills Innovative, resourceful and self-motivated Customer-centric with a passion for delivering exceptional service Goal oriented and driven towards success Strong computer skills including the full suite of Microsoft Office solutions is mandatory Strong Time Management skills Very strong business skill and acumen
