Sales Lead Optimization Manager - Hilton Austin

What will I be doing?

\n

As Sales Lead Optimization Manager, you will work in partnership with the Director of Sales and Director of Revenue Management as to the core principals of qualifying and moving leads forward to the sales team based on historical and future analytics, annualized revenue growth, increased RPI, rooms to space ratios, arrival/departure patterns, seasonality and set rate guidelines. 

\n

Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: 

\n\nDetermine availability, evaluate rooms to space ratios, rates, stay pattern, food and beverage requirements and propose alternate dates if necessary. \nParticipate in daily business review process with teams from, revenue management and group sales. Work within established booking guidelines or obtain group consensus on leads outside of booking guidelines. \nAssist in responding to leads via Cvent, other third-party portal or direct to customer when needed. Address specific RFP needs with sense of urgency and attention to detail. Determine who the competition is, uncover what is most important to the customer, and the Hilton Austin. \nTurn DBR responses over to proper sales manager, “ready to sell,” with the goal of increasing conversion from prospect to definite status.\nHave or develop an understanding of budget, forecast, team, and individual revenue goals. \nPossess an analytic curiosity and find challenge in finding ways to right size group business, ensuring we meet the hotels current and long-term objectives.\n\n

\n\nKnowledge of local market\nKnowledge of hospitality business\nFamiliarization with Delphi.fdc and Cvent\nPassion for sales and for achieving targets and objectives\nDegree-level qualification in a relevant field\nExperience in negotiations\n
