II. Job Responsibilities

1. Client/ Partner Development
Identify potential clients/partners. Build and maintain a client/partner database to expand the company’s customer base.

2. Client/ Partner Relationship Management
Maintain close communication with clients/ partners, deeply understand their needs, and provide tailored product or service solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, driving long-term partnerships.

3. Product Promotion
Master the features and advantages of our products, effectively promote them to clients, address client inquiries, and achieve sales targets to support the company’s business goals.

4. Market Insight
Stay updated on market trends. Collect and analyze relevant data to provide valuable insights for adjusting the company’s market strategies and developing more competitive sales plans.

 

III. Qualifications

1. Educational Background
2025 graduates with a bachelor’s degree or above. All majors are welcome.

2. Core Competencies

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build trust with clients;Strong learning agility, adaptability, and resilience to quickly acclimate to the work environment and tackle challenges;A proactive work attitude, high sense of responsibility, and team spirit, with a drive for excellence and openness to new experiences.

3. Technical Skills

Proficiency in office software (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint);Basic data analysis skills to interpret and summarize sales data;Prior sales internship experience is a plus.
