This may include providing specific training opportunities on a one-to-one basis or in a group setting as required and directed by sales management. **Guest Experience and Company Standards** **:** + Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs. + Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly. + Contribute to team goals. + Always follow company policies and safety procedures. **To Become a Sales Executive Team Leader:** + Available to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays. + The incumbentis required tomaintain an active and in good standing professional Hawaii Real Estate License where mandated by law. + Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements. + One-year related experience. + Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
