Sales Executive - KZN - coal mining - electronic services
  RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales
Meeting and maintaining sales budget Establish, develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers Identify sales opportunities Negotiate and close sales deals Make telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers Coordinate sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service groups Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints Customer and stakeholder satisfaction Answering of technical questions from potential and existing customers Attending trade shows and conferences and providing feedback on new products, pricing and market conditions Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes Administration
Preparing and presenting bids and quotations that meet specific customer expectations and project requirements Maintaining a database of information for sales prospects and existing customers Maintain accurate records of all invoiced sales and commission Collecting information about the customer to assist in the development of marketing plans and sales strategies MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Relevant sales experience in the KZN midlands area (Dundee, Newcastle) Contacts in the coal mining industry in the KZN area. Diploma in marketing/sales OR Diploma / trades test in electronics with 3 – 5 years experience in electronic sales – preferably the mining industry Computer literate (MS Office package) Own vehicle and valid driver's license
