Sales Executive (Harare)
Key Responsibilities:
Bring strategic insight and operational oversight, particularly in the retail channel, to drive growth and strengthen distribution. Actively engage with key accounts to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty, ensuring a strong presence in the field. Develop and implement sales strategies, with a focus on technical planning and effective execution. Coach and mentor team members, fostering a results-oriented culture. Oversee customer engagement, ensuring consistent and high-quality service delivery. Collaborate with the Commercial Operations Manager to manage distribution, demand planning, and reporting. Directly manage two Sales teams, a Commercial Operations Manager and Demand Planning team. Requirements:
Citizenship: Must be a Zimbabwean citizen. Experience: Significant experience in the retail channel, with a strong understanding of the local market and distribution landscape. Skills: Exceptional customer engagement skills, leadership, and a proactive approach to managing operations in the field. Industry Knowledge: Experience in sales within the Zimbabwean market, with an understanding of supply to neighbouring regions  Remuneration Package:
Base Salary: $14,000 - $16,000 USD per month Benefits: Medical, company car, performance-based bonus
