You are ready if you have...

At least 2 years of working experience in B2B Sales, experience in Software and/or Logistics selling would be highly appreciated but not mandatorya hunter mindset, passion, and experience in the acquisition of new customers;the ability to work both, independently and as part of an international team;growth mindset, high self-motivation, and dedication;Advanced levels of English (C1) and German (at least B2 level) are mandatory, any additional language is a plus.
