Key Responsibilities:
Proactively finding and engaging new prospects on a daily basis Conducting in-depth research to uncover sales opportunities and drive business growth Increasing the value of existing clients while attracting new ones Developing and implementing creative sales strategies to meet company goals Presenting and showcasing products to potential clients Cultivating strong, long-lasting client relationships Preparing detailed quotes and proposals tailored to client needs Converting prospects into loyal clients Consistently achieving monthly sales targets Expanding technical knowledge to better serve clients and stay ahead of industry trends Qualifications & Skills:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in the building industry Matric or equivalent qualification Fluent in both English and Afrikaans Familiarity with tools like Xero, Zoho, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office is advantageous Valid driver’s license and own transport The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to making an impact.
