About the Role:
Manage and develop a portfolio of customer accounts to ensure retention, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Support the growth of CHEP’s business by identifying new business opportunities within assigned sectors and regions.
Build strong customer relationships through effective communication and solution-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities may include:
Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of customers, ensuring alignment with CHEP’s business strategy and delivering on revenue growth and satisfaction targets.Collaborate with internal teams to implement strategic account plans, with a focus on growth opportunities and cost-efficiency improvements.Lead contract negotiations, ensuring terms meet customer needs while supporting business objectives.Conduct customer business reviews, addressing customer concerns and ensuring compliance with audit requirements.Monitor and report on account performance, including customer satisfaction metrics, and develop plans to address areas for improvement.Build and maintain strong relationships with key contacts within customer organizations to drive collaboration and enhance supply chain efficiency.Identify new business opportunities through prospecting and networking, ensuring a healthy sales pipeline.Lead customer retention initiatives, working with customers to provide solutions that enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
