About the Team 
We expand our Sales Excellence team at the location in Poland.

Responsible for divisional SPV reporting. Support the Commercial Vehicle Solutions division to enable the product lines, regions and sales teams to best analyze their performance.

 

What you can look forward to as Sales Excellence – Sales Price Variance (SPV) Controller (m/f/d):

Divisional SPV reporting of Actuals, Forecast, Operational Planning and Strategic Planning; SPV reporting of different categories: productivity, inflation recovery, bleeder and deviator; Interface between Sales and Finance view on SPV; Initiate and support further development of processes and tools with Finance, Sales excellence and IT;

Details:

Cross analysis of SPV data in Sales and Finance systems; Monthly Corporate Financial Performance Reporting; Close alignment with Purchasing on inflation and regional sales teams with recovery; Deep dive analysis with SAP BW Analyzer on customer and material level; Support further development of tools with Corporate Market; Support regions and product lines with SPV reporting; Provide trainings and be the first contact person for SPV reporting users.

 

Your Profile as Sales Excellence – Sales Price Variance (SPV) Controller (m/f/d):

Bachelor or Master of Business Administration or equivalent with a Finance background; Minimum 5 years proven work experience in Finance or Controlling, preferred in industry; Experience with financial reporting tools and good knowledge of SAP BW Analyzer, Power BI; Very good knowledge of MS-Office software as pre-requisite; Problem-solving and analytical skills; Result oriented with ability to work independently and effectively within a team environment; Fluent in business English (speaking and writing); Engagement, reliability and strong ability to manage priorities with demanding time frames.
