The Sales Excellence Lead is a unique opportunity to engage with, and influence, senior decision-makers across our sales organisation, and you play an integral part in our ability to deliver effectively and efficiently the revenue we commit to as a region.
You will be fundamental to how our sales teams align to our internal methodology and practices, as you will be responsible for providing coaching and guidance while nurturing relationships across the region and strive for excellence across our sales motions. **Responsibilities**
+ Activate sponsorship within segment leaders for the Account/Portfolio Partner Business Plan.
+ Define and drive a predictable rhythm of connection (ROC) in collaboration with peers and leadership.
+ Guide sales teams and leadership on sales motions and strategies for opportunity management.
+ Develop segment strategy for segmentation, territory planning, and quota setting.
+ Coach and build relationships with sales leaders to execute key priorities.
+ Drive awareness and clarity of Corporate or TimeZone programs.
+ Lead optimization and improvement in sales team processes and capabilities.
+ Identify trends on sales challenges or blockers.
+ Lead innovations in analytics on key revenue drivers.
+ Drive sales process discipline and adherence to standards in collaboration with sales leaders.
+ Support segment leader capacity as a senior leader. Represents the segment as an internal advocate and an extension of the segment leadership.
**Qualifications**
With an ability to communicate with executive level stakeholders and build relationships across a global organisation, you will be well positioned for success in this role. Some of the other knowledge and skills you will be able to demonstrate include:
+ Experience in a sales or account management role
+ A history working for largescale, matrix structured enterprise organisations
+ Demonstrable experience with data analysis and interpreting sales metrics to drive business outcomes or inform business decisions.
+ Experience of managing relationships with senior level stakeholders
+ A background coaching and guiding sales teams and managers
+ Fluency in English, Swedish- preffered.
