Your role and responsibilities

For our Sales team, understanding the full potential of our technology and the trends in our markets is highly rewarding. In addition, helping customers all over the world improve efficiency, save resources and reduce emissions gives our work a powerful sense of purpose. You will be responsible for the sale of cutting-edge ABB in Electrification Turkiye. You will use your experience and drive to build long-standing customer relationships, identifying effective solutions for customer needs.Responsible for sales of products within OEM (original equipment manufacturer) market in accordance with our OEM channel strategy, Build long term customer relationships and manage resolution to specific customer needs and issues,Identify and develop sales opportunities,Sells products to customers, focusing on volume, mix and profitability targets for assigned Divisions/Product Groups (ELSP&ELSB),Establishes and maintains effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of full product offering, and align to provide a solution,Ensures a positive customer experience throughout the sales process,Prepares sales plans using company tools,Performs regular status reviews and proposes recovery plan(s) in cases of potential order shortfalls,Creates added value for the customer and ABB and ensures the successful outcome of transactions, contracts and proposals by using effective sales techniques,Communicates details in accordance with ABB offering and strategy (delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions),Identifies and drives the development of new market opportunities in the designated market and ensures know-how sharing and cross - collaboration.

Qualifications for the role

University degree in Electrical, Electrical & Electronics Engineering or related disciplines, Min 5 years of sales experience in the electrical market working as sales and business development with Low Voltage Products, Significant experience in a Sales/Account Management related field, Preferably experience with OEMs, Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment, Turkish knowledge is a must, Intermediate level of written & spoken English, Collaborative and solution-oriented, analytical, attention to detail, strong interpersonal & communication skills, teamwork oriented, decision-making skills,Good ability to represent the company.
