Sales Manager
Your role and responsibilitiesDevelop new customers and end users, increase profitable sales for robotics projects in Lab automation or life science applications. Work under pressure to fulfill sales targets. Acquisition of key customers/SIs in relevant fields, and well maintain them. Work together with Engineering team to develop technical solutions to meet customers’ requirements and close the deal Analyze and communicate necessary operative marketing activities (fairs, end customer marketing, new applications road show etc.) Responsible to deliver the annual sales target in both quantity of robots and sales revenueSubmit weekly report and update project pursuit list on a timely basis.
Qualifications for the roleBachelor's degree,Minimum 2-4 years working experience in laboratory and life science instrumentation industry. Be familiar with project selling preferred. Good presentation, selling and interpersonal skills.Excellent oral communication skills required. Proficient oral & written English skills.Proven ability to work as a member of a collaboration sales team.With high flexibility and work hard.Proactive, aggressive and initiative.
