WQ Asia has sales offices in India, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, and the Philippines. **About Role** **ROLE DESCRIPTION** **Sales & Field Technical Support** + Collaborate with the sales manager to provide necessary sales and technical data or material. + Conduct on-site customer visits to understand needs and provide solutions. + Prepare quotations, manage follow-ups, and maintain an effective quote funnel. + Participation in promotional activities and advertising campaigns as required. + Maintain and update customer activity records, including forecast, pipeline and CRM data. + Create and update monthly, weekly sales plan, as well as tracking performance trends. + Manage and update sales leads regularly to ensure accurate tracking. + Order management & status update + Provide required documents in Order to Cash process **Strategic Account Management** + Drive business growth for Hach Korea by effectively managing assigned accounts, identifying new opportunities, and expanding market presence. + Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as outlined by the company, contributing to overall business objectives. + Develop and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors and system integrators, to enhance collaboration and secure long-term partnerships. **Sales Activities** + Conduct regular customer site visits, focusing on existing, new, and strategic accounts to maintain and strengthen relationships. + Engage in proactive communication through telephone outreach and virtual channels to address customer needs and build rapport. + Represent Hach Korea at trade seminars, exhibitions, and industry events to promote products and services. + Deliver product demonstrations, training sessions, and customer seminars to showcase the full range of Hach solutions and their applications. + Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer activity records, including forecasts, pipeline management, and CRM data. + Prepare detailed quotations, execute timely follow-ups, and manage an efficient and effective quote funnel. + Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain targeted mailing lists for customers within assigned accounts, ensuring precise outreach efforts. + Collect and report intelligence on competitive activities and market trends within the assigned vertical market and accounts. + Monitor and actively engage with upcoming projects, collaborating closely with the project team to ensure alignment with business goals. + Explore new applications for Hach's existing product range, share insights with the sales team, and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives. **What’s In It for You** + You will play an integral part in shaping the OpCo and the whole platform’s business in Asia, one of strongest and highly visible region with many untapped opportunities + You will work with a team where the goal is to create an environment of continuous-improvement, wellness, and open, honest, two-way communication DIVERSITY & INCLUSION (https://www.danaher.com/who-we-are/diversity-inclusion) : At Veralto, we are dedicated to building and sustaining a truly diverse and inclusive culture.
