What You Do

 

Responsible for selling, increasing market shares, achieving sales goal and profit growth.Maintaining loyalty of existing customers & dealers, also acquiring the new markets through the understanding of customers, business needs and consulting skills.Developing overall strategies to approach existing and new customers in potential industries. Identifying marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements, conducting competitor analysis, and establishing targeted market share.Extracting customer’s data to analyzing Customers to understand, identifying Customer’s Segmentation, building customer needs and opportunities.Looking for new markets and opportunities to further grow business.Developing and implementing appropriate sales & marketing activities with customers.Develop new markets by collaboration with dealers, distributors, and partnership to expand products into their markets.Managing the sale tender process together with customers.Creating and initiating the new projects with key customers.Providing the excellent services in to exceed sales targets.Acting as an information channel between company and existing/potential partnersCoordinating with both internal and external relevant parties to ensure smooth & effective cooperation.

 

 

Who You Are

 

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Chemical Engineer, Petrochemical or Engineering/Science, other related or equivalent work experience. Experience in Sales for at least 2 years in field sales and marketing. Also having experience in life science business or equivalent work experience in laboratory equipment products and project management.Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact positively and constructively with all functions in matrix organization environment.Able to work under pressure, be positive, having growth mindset and high flexibility of working hours.80% working in field.Able to communicate English on business level; both writing and speaking.
