Sales Engineer

- Achieve annually planned sales targets

- Ensure the regional operation of configuration and quotation systems for strategic business and marketing goals in the regions

- Assists RMS and regional dealers for achieving planned targets and for new growth strategies

- Builds database for local account management and further development in the market and evaluations

- Understands/respects corporate requirements for standards of performance and business, makes recommendations on pricing strategies

The Sales Engineer provides ZEISS solutions for semiconductor customers.  Primarily responsibilities include identify opportunities, manage customers corrdidate resoruces and achieve sales targets.  This individual will work extensively with the apps and service team to demonstrate the full capabilities of the systems/solutions as they apply to customer needs. In this job, you will take responsibilities to maintain good relationship with external customers and manage their expectations in an appropriate and professional way.
