Sales Engineer

Main Tasks/ 主要任务

Finance Target 75%

- Own Order/ sales / AR / Loan budget in the territory

Sales Activity 5%

- Sales in direct in some private hospital , some VIP hospital and some deals without dealer coverage

- Build and maintain good relationship with local KOLs

- Driectly approach the customer

- Work together with market team to maintain local reference site

- Support marketing activities in local

- Assit national event in the territory

- Need to provide demo show in some particular products

Sales support on dealer 15%

- Support local dealers for big or strategic deals

- Develop dealer and provide regular training

- Help regional manager to select right dealer

- Monthly review project tracking list with dealers

Operation 5%

- Provide montyly report about project tracking list

- Make the quotation and involve in and execute order& sales process

- Help local service engineer to fix key customer issues

Others :

-Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements / 要求

Education / 教育背景

Bachlor degree

Experience /经验

4 years working experience

3 years sales experience in Medical instrument field

Other skills /其他技能

Supporting dealers from products

Selling 50% Demo

Comprehensive knowledge of general business procedures

Basic knowledge of English

Communicate technically advanced subjects with customers on all levels

Evaluate problems and find cost effective solutions

Use of computer software

Excellent communication developed through customer contact

Troubleshooting

Negotiating outside contacts
