We are now looking for a driven and customer-focused Sales Engineer to strengthen our presence in Lithuania. Job ResponsibilitiesAs our new Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in expanding our business in Lithuania. You will be responsible for developing relationships with B2B customers, including installers, wholesalers, and local designers, while ensuring that DEVI solutions meet their needs. With a focus on both sales’ growth and customer satisfaction, you will work closely with clients to provide technical advice and expert guidance on DEVI applications.
In this role, you will spend approximately four days a week traveling across Lithuania to engage with customers, identify new sales opportunities, and maintain strong business relationships. Additionally, you will prepare solution proposals and quotations, ensuring clients receive the best possible heating solutions tailored to their needs.
Furthermore, you will:
Provide product support and technical consultation to customers, helping them navigate DEVI’s solutions. Maintain and develop relationships with key stakeholders in the industry. Identify market trends and new business opportunities to drive sales growth. Collaborate with the wider sales team to share insights and improve strategies. Background & SkillsWe are looking for a candidate with a solid understanding of electrical systems, ideally backed by an educational background in electrical engineering or installations. You should be a proactive and results-driven individual with strong networking skills, always prioritizing customer needs and adapting to new challenges with ease.
Additionally, the ideal candidate will have:
Proficiency in Lithuanian and English. Previous sales experience Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce.
