Interventional - The Interventional business unit at Teleflex offers innovative medical devices that are used to diagnose and treat coronary and peripheral vascular diseases. Position Summary

The Sales Enablement Specialist for Commercial Excellence will play a pivotal role in supporting Teleflex’s commercial enablement by optimizing systems, strategies, and processes to drive revenue growth across key business units. This individual will collaborate across various functions, including marketing, sales, Clinical Medical Affairs (CMA), and training, while working on high-impact projects to enhance performance and efficiency.

Principal Responsibilities

•    Project Management:  Lead and support strategic projects aimed at optimizing commercial performance.  
•    Analytics & Reporting: Provide data-driven insights by analyzing commercial performance, identifying trends, and recommending improvements to increase revenue and operational efficiency.
•    System Optimization:  Work closely with internal teams to optimize existing systems and processes that support commercial activities. This includes identifying opportunities for automation, system enhancements, and process improvements.
•    Cross-functional Collaboration:   Partner with marketing, sales, CMA, and training teams to ensure seamless execution of commercial strategies. Collaborate to align objectives and initiatives across departments.
•    Support Key Product Lines:  Provide project management and strategic support to key product areas including OnControl, Coronary, Structural Heart, and Mechanical Circulatory Support (MCS).
•    Commercial Enablement:  Drive initiatives that focus on commercial enablement, ensuring that systems and strategies are in place to empower teams to meet and exceed revenue targets.
•    Strategic Initiatives:  Contribute to the development and execution of strategic projects that span multiple business functions, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and objectives. 
•    Oversee Inside Sales activity to include Targeting, Demand planning, Forecasting, SPIFF Management, Campaign Management
•    Other duties as assigned
 

Education / Experience Requirements

•    Bachelor degree required
•    4+ years of experience in  medical device or an related/adjacent industry supporting Sales in  healthcare
 

Specialized Skills / Other Requirements

•    Analytical skills – advanced use of SAP, MS Excel, MS Office, salesforce.com, Cobblestone
•    Independent thinker that can take initiative to solve a problem without significant direction
•    Strong presentation and communication skills
•    Big picture orientation with attention to detail will be critical for success in this role
•    Strong organizational and analytical skills
•    Travel: 10%

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $90,000 to $105,000  (inclusive of commissions) however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.  Commissions will also vary depending on individual performance.  The total compensation package for this position will also include benefits such as medical, prescription drug, dental and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts, participation in 401(k) savings plan, and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO, short- and long-term disability and parental leave, dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
 
If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position,” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
