Sales Enablement Skills Specialist

As Sales Enablement Skills Specialist, you will play an important role in equipping our North America Sales team with the necessary skills, tools and knowledge to effectively engage with our customers. You will be responsible for developing training programs, creating sales resources, and working closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing and Product teams to optimize sales performance.

Alongside Sales leadership, formulate strategies and develop and deliver trainings to increase sales effectiveness and efficienciesDesign and deliver customized training programs using a variety of techniques including blended learning (online, classroom or hybrid) and adult learning principles to ensure efficient and effective knowledge transfer; becoming a subject matter expert where necessary to deliver trainingsDevelop collaborative relationships with senior leadership, including Revenue, Marketing and Product teams, to identify learning opportunities to close knowledge or performance gaps, as well as to gather source content for respective learning curriculumsIdentify and leverage sales enablement technologies which will support Sales behaviors and streamline Sales processesManage the entire lifecycle of learning programs, from concept development to execution, including knowledge application and verificationLead cross functional teams focused on developing new learning initiatives, to support activities such as New Product Introductions (NPIs)Implement data driven strategies for evaluating the effectiveness of learning materials and curricula, informing improvements where needed.Ensure the development of engaging and interactive content, including videos, simulations, and other multimedia materials, while adhering to industry best practicesManage and allocate resources effectively, including budgets, tools, and personnel, to support the team's projects and goals.

Let's talk about you:

7+ years of relevant Sales Enablement experience within a medical device or pharmaceutical organizationStrong knowledge of adult learning principles and learning theory, with experience designing and delivering trainings across in-person and virtual platformsBachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related fieldProven leadership, strong understanding of Sales processes, and the ability to train, coach and influence othersKnowledge of healthcare market dynamics, as well as prior experience collaborating with Sales, Product and Marketing departments preferredExceptional facilitation and presentation skillsMust possess excellent communication skills, and strong organization and time management skillsAbility to thrive in ambiguity and adjust quickly to change

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.

Subject to the absolute discretion of the company, this role is eligible for an annual cash bonus payment based on company, business unit, and/or individual performance.

At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.  A reasonable estimate of the current base range for this position is: $106,000 - $158,000

For remote positions located outside of the US, pay will be determined based the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
