Sales Enablement Manager

Reporting to the Senior Director of Revenue Operations, the Sales Enablement Manager will have responsibility for developing a dynamic training curriculum for Greenway’s nationwide Sales and Customer Success teams, utilizing various training methods to facilitate learning that prepare the sales team to demonstrate subject matter expertise in both company products and agile selling skills. The leader in this role will be an expert in adult learning and psychology, specifically in the Sales space, and will possess a comprehensive understanding of current products and services to ensure nationwide training program(s) are aligned to company strategy and product launch roadmaps.
The Sales Enablement Manager will support overall company objectives as well as the Sales team initiatives through training program(s) implementation, new team member onboarding, and continual reinforcement of best practices while enabling the Sales team to effectively position and sell our products and services, delivering an outstanding client experience. The Sales Enablement Manager will also be critical during the assessment and rollout of new Enablement tools and processes.
A successful candidate for this role will be assertive, have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, combined with the capacity to both ‘think and do’. Experience in Sales Enablement and Learning is required.
Essential Responsibilities & Duties
+ Develop and lead Greenway’s sales training program, establishing KPIs and developing programs that produce a quantifiable ROI to the organization, creating training programs based on progressive levels of experience and knowledge.
+ Develop new content and manage an extended learning program that allows for dynamic continued education of sales representatives through various methods (instructor-led in-person, virtual, large group, small group, clinical setting, office setting, eLearning, job aids).
+ Own and drive the implementation, adoption and certification of Greenway’s Value Selling methodology, ensuring sellers are experts in utilizing the methodology.
+ Own and continually enhance the training materials and course(s) design, presentation, content, and logistics for the Sales department, supporting internal partners in creation of training and development programs for key initiatives. Identify improvements in existing approaches and solve tough problems.
+ Conduct and manage the successful onboarding of new Sales team members by executing effective and engaging training content, concurrently driving increased speed to productivity of new hires. Responsible for sales leader onboarding.
+ Champion a data-driven approach, utilizing Salesforce and other technologies to measure and communicate the effectiveness of training, tracking success of training participants and recommending to the business any additional training and/or refresher updates which may be needed. Conduct ongoing needs assessments to identify gaps and remove barriers to sales team performance.
+ Manage and coordinate resources across the organization to assist with training initiatives, while acting as a primary lead for sales training strategies designed to meet the needs of the department and company goals.
+ Ensure course content remains accurate and up to date with company products, procedures and policies, as well as any healthcare, Legal and/or Compliance standards.
+ Own Seismic, ensuring content is up to date, and sellers are adopting Seismic throughout the sales lifecycle.
+ Facilitate commercial alignment and input into sales meeting agendas, workshop content and skill practice sessions in collaboration with the sales management team. Collaborates with speakers, trainers and outside vendors/partners as needed to supplement the training process.
+ Lead the development and direction of national sales meetings, agendas, training content and meeting structure. Assume a pivotal role in the training content and presenter content for Greenway’s national user conference, ENGAGE.
+ Achieve certifications required to successfully execute the training activities.
+ Monitor product performance outcomes for additional training or product design input.
+ Coordinate and schedule training activities to maximize human capital and physical resource utilization.
+ Day-to-day operations and management of a group of employees.
+ Other duties as required.
Education and Experience
+ Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in business or organizational development.
+ An advanced degree and/or training certification is preferred
+ At least five (5) years of experience in a high-performance sales organization in sales, enablement, or learning and development with demonstrated success with program development and execution, including experience measuring and monitoring training impact through performance analysis and learning retention models.
+ Five (5) years of experience developing and delivering sales training for an in-house or field-based staff
Additionally
+ Experience rolling out new enablement tools and processes
+ Excellent facilitation and presentation skills; outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Strong executive presence
+ Experience in creating and piloting new materials for field staff
+ Experience in sales enablement, revenue-facing roles, sales training, or sales support, and a demonstrated knowledge of best practices, methodologies, and technologies in each of these areas
+ Experience in executing change management initiatives with established approaches
+ Experience in creating and piloting new materials for field staff
+ Experience managing third-party vendor relationships
+ Experience in observing and evaluating others and the ability to provide constructive feedback for performance improvement
+ Experience designing and leading continuous improvement sessions with proven track record of improving employee experience and learning team efficiency and effectiveness
+ Experience managing third-party vendor relationships
+ Experience with technologies such as Salesforce, Seismic, Gong, Salesloft, Mindtickle, Vidyard, etc.
+ Experience in observing and evaluating others and ability to provide constructive feedback

+ Proven ability to utilize various teaching methods to effectively educate a variety of audiences

+ Familiarity with SharePoint and website content management systems, web analytics and media and social media distribution and tracking tools

+ Strong strategic, conceptual, and analytical thinking and decision-making skills

Work Environment/Physical Demands
+ While at work, this position is primarily a sedentary job and requires that the associate can work in an environment where they will consistently be seated for the majority of the workday
+ This role requires that one can sit and regularly type on a keyboard the majority of their workday
+ This position requires the ability to observe a computer screen for long periods of time to observe their own and others’ work, as well as in-coming and out-going communications via the computer and/ or mobile devices.
+ The role necessitates the ability to listen and speak clearly to clients and other associates
+ This position requires travel up to 25% of the time for business purposes (within the state and out of state)
