Sales Enablement Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Enablement Manager to join our team.  This role is pivotal in driving the growth and success of our CLEAR Verified product by developing compelling content that equips our sales teams to engage, educate, and close deals with prospective customers.  As part of the B2B Marketing team, you will work cross functionally with Product, Business Development, and Design teams to drive revenue and empower our sales team presence. 

 

What you'll do:

Develop Sales Enablement Content: Create and maintain high-impact sales enablement content, including presentations, one-pagers, case studies, product demos, battle cards, and competitive analysis materials to support sales reps in their engagements.   Content Calendar and Execution: Partner with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Sales to align content with business goals. Ensure content is optimized for various sales stages, from prospecting to closing Onboarding and Training Materials: Develop and maintain training materials for new hires and existing sales reps, ensuring they are fully equipped to position and sell CLEAR Verified effectively Content Updates and Maintenance: Continuously update and refine sales content to reflect product updates, new customer success stories, and market trends Sales Enablement Tools: Leverage sales enablement platforms and tools to manage, distribute, and track content usage and effectiveness Measure Effectiveness: Track the performance of sales content, gather feedback from the sales team, and continuously improve content based on insights and results Cross-Functional Communication: Act as a liaison between sales and other departments, ensuring the sales team’s needs are communicated and addressed in the content creation process

 

How you'll measure success:

Measure content usage, engagement, and its impact on deal progression, win rates, and sales velocity. Track the effectiveness of training materials by assessing time-to-productivity for the sales team Ensure timely creation and updates of sales materials, maintaining alignment with product launches, customer insights, and competitive positioning Monitor adoption and engagement with sales enablement platforms to optimize content accessibility and usability for the sales team Evaluate how sales enablement content influences pipeline growth, sales cycle efficiency, and overall revenue impact

 

What you're great at:

3+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or content marketing, preferably in SaaS or technology companies.  B2B experience is required Highly skilled and effective writer and communicator with an incredible eye for detail, as this role will be responsible for generating high-quality, high-impact content Proven ability to create clear, concise, and compelling sales content across various formats (slides, documents, videos, etc.) Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle and experience creating content for complex, consultative sales environments Familiarity with sales enablement tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) to track content usage and performance Strong ability to measure content effectiveness, gather insights, and optimize content to improve sales performance Strong project manager with the ability to stay extremely organized and coordinate efforts across multiple teams and priorities Candidates must be prepared to share several examples of copywriting/content across various formats

The base salary range for this role is $105,000-$120,000, depending on levels of skills and experience.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of CLEAR’s salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEAR’s total compensation package for employees and other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units
