As the Revenue Enablement Business Partner, Global Solutions Consultants (SC), you will lead and own the development and execution of enablement programs that empower SC teams to effectively showcase the value of our solutions. You will ensure that SCs are equipped with the skills and resources to clearly demonstrate how our solutions meet customer needs and solve their business challenges. By focusing on key use cases and the art of the possible, your programs will drive successful customer adoption and deepen SC expertise in consultative, technical selling. Your work will have a direct impact on the SC teams ability to influence and accelerate the sales cycle.
What You'll Do Strategic Enablement Partner:
- Partner with Global SC leadership to align on key business objectives and develop a strategic enablement roadmap that enhances SC performance and supports the broader revenue strategy.
- Onboarding & Skill Mastery: Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive onboarding program tailored to SCs, ensuring new hires ramp quickly and master their technical and consultative selling skills.
- Advanced Solution Training: Design and deliver advanced technical training and certification programs that enhance SCs product knowledge, technical acumen, and their ability to demonstrate the value and art of the possible for customers.
- Content & Tools Management: Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to develop and maintain SC-specific playbooks, demo scripts, and resources that enable SCs to effectively communicate value and showcase how customers can successfully realize value with the company.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Establish immediate and lasting confidence by working effectively with senior leaders, sales, product, and marketing teams and ensuring that enablement programs align with product updates, go-to-market strategies, and the evolving needs of our buyers and customers.
- Performance Measurement & Optimization: Creatively collaborate with RevOps to track the effectiveness (leading and lagging) of SC enablement programs, using data and feedback to continually optimize content and delivery methods. Ensure SC performance metrics, such as demo effectiveness and use case adoption, are enhanced through enablement initiatives.
- Continuous Learning: Build ongoing learning programs to keep SCs updated on new product features, industry trends, and evolving customer needs, ensuring they are equipped to support complex sales cycles and showcase critical use cases.
- Event Management: Facilitate SC-focused training events, including technical enablement sessions, role-specific workshops, and hands-on labs during SKOs or regional training sessions.
Feedback Loop: Actively gather feedback from SC teams to refine enablement programs, ensuring they address real-world challenges and opportunities faced by SCs in customer engagements.

Skills and Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, technical training, or a related role, with a strong focus on supporting solution consultants, sales engineers, or technical pre-sales roles.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of solution consulting and the technical aspects of the sales cycle, with experience developing enablement programs for SCs or equivalent roles.
- Sales Enablement Expertise: Proven ability to design and deliver technical training programs that enable SCs to demonstrate product value and facilitate the successful adoption of key use cases.
- Analytical & Data-Driven: Experience using data and analytics to assess the impact of enablement programs and make data-driven improvements.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Strong ability to collaborate across and align senior leaders, sales, product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment and drive success.
- Communication & Influence: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present and influence at all levels of the organization, including senior leadership.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives and ensure timely execution.
Adaptability: Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities and business needs. Experience in the iPaaS industry or other technology sectors.
