Sales Enablement Manager
Your role and responsibilitiesAs an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience through various projects. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB’s operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.The work model for the role is onsite in New Berlin, WisconsinPlease note that no relocation assistance or stipend will be offered for this position. Candidates must reside within a 50-mile radius of the office location. Candidates are expected to manage their own commuting arrangements.You will be mainly accountable for:•\tCollaborating with various teams to support ABB’s operations, ensuring effective coordination and successful project completion within the defined timelines.•\tParticipating in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and other collaborative efforts.•\tSeeking feedback and guidance from manager and team members to improve performance and skills.•\tSupporting the Sales Enablement team in Training & Development (both outside sales & channel)•\tSupporting the Offer Management team with data-related activities•\tIdentify key areas for improvement to increase the effectiveness of the Sales Enablement and Offer Management teams in providing services to other ABB teams.
Qualifications for the role\tCurrently enrolled in a bachelor's or master’s degree program in business , engineering, or other related fields in the United States. \tIntern must have reliable transportation to and from the worksite. \tMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future.\tUtilize critical thinking skills to analyze complex situations and develop strategic solutions\tEffectively organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines\tDemonstrate the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising quality\tCollaborate with team members to convey ideas, share information, and provide updates on project progress

This position is expected to pay between $20 - $34 per hour.
